In November, we immersed ourselves in the enchanting world of C.S. Lewis's Narnia, alongside joyful Christmas celebrations. Our students actively participated in the Jarul Children's Author Award voting. Embracing the spirit of Diwali, they shared love and kindness, and some showcased their talents, leaving us truly inspired.

We engaged in lively read-aloud sessions featuring nominated books for the Jarul Children Authors Award, and the children actively participated by casting their votes.

We immersed ourselves in the enchantment of Narnia and the joy of Christmas, enjoying both through lively read-aloud sessions. Adding a creative flair, our festivities included hands-on crafts and imaginative and creative write-ups, making it a truly magical celebration.

Spreading Smiles This Diwali
Garv Aidasani from Class 5A helped his younger sister, Aisha Aidasani from 2B, make an origami box. They also bought diyas from a local street vendor, painted them, and made a pretty Diwali lantern together. The siblings showed teamwork and creativity, bringing the festive spirit alive!
Riddhima K. Dhorda, a student in 2 C, expressed heartfelt gratitude to her parents through beautifully crafted Diwali greetings. she showcased her artistic flair by creating intricate rangoli designs and a decorative toran to enhance the festive atmosphere.
Spreading Smiles This Diwali
Declan Concessio, STD 1 C, had a joyful vacation filled with diverse activities. He planted Lady Finger and Spinach with his brother, expressed love through a heartfelt letter to his parents, enjoyed baking Oreo Cheesecake truffles, and learned about generosity by joining his parents in donating to St Catherine of Siena.
Nitya Bhatt from 2B had a delightful Diwali, participating in diverse activities. She purchased diyas from a local seller, celebrated the festival with senior citizens and community helpers, independently washed her bicycle, and engaged in other festive endeavors. Nitya also generously shared a video capturing her vibrant Diwali celebrations.

Kiaan Bhagchandani from 2C learned and helped in creating various types of rangoli.
Preesha Rajpal from 1 A actively engaged in and helped her younger brother paint parts of a ready rangoli MDF cutout.
Kabir Bhattacharjee in 3B had a delightful Diwali. He crafted lanterns and rangolis, made sweets with his mother, and enjoyed reading stories about Sai Baba. It was a celebration filled with creativity, family bonding, and spiritual reflection.

Dear Ms. Chaitali,
Thank you so much for this platform to showcase what our children have been doing since lockdown... Not for a pat on our back but to inspire other friends to join us in this journey.
We, the children of Saraswat Colony, have been visiting the senior members and the security guards of the colony with a card and some goodies to cheer them up for Diwali.
In the picture, you'll find familiar faces as we're from the JML family. Some who could not come to visit them have made the card much in advance so as to not miss being a part of the celebration.

Being 'Kind" is a choice,
A choice you must rejoice.
I went to a temple with my grandmother, It was just a normal day like any other.
And I saw an old lady, struggling to climb the stairs, She gave up and shook her head in despair.
So I lent my hand to the old lady and I helped her walk, I loved everything about our little talk.
She had come to the temple to offer prayers she said, She opened a little book of prayers and then she read.
She smiled at me and said Thank you. It was such a happy feeling, I can't tell you. There's no right way to be kind, Sometimes it is giving a hand, And sometimes just a smile. Be a little kind whenever you can, Imagine the joys of giving a helping hand.
A small little prayer of hope and sometimes a small sacrifice, It is these little things that make our world charming and nice.

1. Goal Setting:-Take charge of your academic journey by setting realistic and inspiring goals. What subjects or skills do you wish to master this year? Define your path and celebrate progress along the way.
2. Exploration and Discovery:-Beyond textbooks, resolutions can be about exploration. Engage in extracurricular activities, discover new hobbies, and broaden your horizons. Each pursuit contributes to your unique tapestry of experiences.
3. Mindful Learning:- In a world buzzing with constant stimuli, cultivate the art of mindful learning. Focus on the present moment during studies, free from distractions. Quality over quantity leads to a deeper understanding of the material.
For Parents: Building Stronger Family Bonds
1. Quality Time:- Amidst busy schedules, make a pact to prioritize quality family time. Be it a weekend getaway, a movie night, or simply sharing a meal together, these moments are the threads that weave a strong family fabric.
